Advanced ceramics - more often, than you might think

Wherever you need to insolate electrically under specific circumstances you will find ceramic parts mounted.
Advanced ceramics parts can resist high temperature or rapid changing temperature, acid or UV radiation, but also mechanical pressure. Even in geometry you have various options. That’s why the field of applications expands every year.
Just contact us! Together with our constructeurs and toolmakers we’ll work out the perfect solution for you!

Experience: innovation and tradition

We have a lot of experience in the development of products made from technical, advanced ceramics. Many of our team members fathers or mothers have already been working with us. Know how and long term experience could grow over generations and now in combination with latest developments and modern techniques they result in highly qualified and motivated experts within our company.

We provide you with our input during the product development process, the choice of the appropriate production technology, our own in-house construction and manufacturing of tools as well as special machines.
Various rapid prototyping procedures and 5-axis CNC milling machines (>1mm) allow us to produce true-to-original and cost-effective samples as early as the development phase. Thanks to our use of the latest manufacturing processes, our long-term experience and state-of-the-art materials, STEKA tools are precise and reliable. They thus substantially contribute to your company’s profitability.

ancient material - new solutions

together with scientists of the University of Innsbruck we are searching further features of advanced cramics.
The reseach is focused on certain porosity and determined conductibility of temperature and electricity.
So please don’t hesitate contacing us, if you have certain demands on specifications. Your knowledge about your product, our experience and the scientific background will bring the perfect solution ready to go in production.
